We guarantee all our products to be brand new and fully as described. We ship no blemishes, seconds, or any inferior variations.

We guarantee that your shopping experience will be a secure and enjoyable one. If your shopping experience is substandard in any way, please contact us.

Shipping Policy

Most of our products are shipped within 3-4 business days. The exceptions are the onesie bodysuits for children.  Those items ship from overseas, so you should allow 15-20 business days for delivery. 

Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay as soon as we can.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange.  Refunds for defective items can also be made, if we are informed within 10 days of order receipt.  Simply contact us to provide the order details and the reason for exchange or return within 10 days.  Items can be sent via insured parcel post or UPS to the address we will provide you upon confirmation of exchange / return.

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials.  Sorry, but due to hygienic reasons, returns on clothing are not accepted, unless the item is defective.

Custom orders are considered final sale, e.g. fitted bodysuits.

A receipt must accompany all returns. A 20% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund.

Sorry, we do not accept COD charges.  If package accepted, COD charges will also be deducted from your refund.  We reserve the right to return any COD packages unopened to sender.
